Beautiful area
Beautiful area and beach
Terrible wifi. Didn't get the room we booked. Had to go back the next day to get the correct room but it still didn't have a king bed that we were supposed to have. Phone didn't work to call the front desk and the desk lamp wasn't working

There are better options for the price.
There's a convenience store inside the Condo with reasonable prices and product variety.
Property is old, needs an update. Not as affordable as it seems to be, after taxes and fees. They ask for a warranty deposit of $100 USD. Recepction/Front Desk Personnel is not very gentle.

I would not suggest staying here, because of our rude everyone is, and it simply isn’t worth the pr
The things that weI loved had really not much to do with the hotel, as much as where it was located. The beach is absolutely beautiful. The life guard was super sweet, there were not a lot of guests so I didn’t have to fight for chairs, or go place towels on chairs early in the morning. They did have one pool available, and this pool was very nice.
We were not happy when we arrived and got charged almost 150$ more than what we should pay, supposedly because they put it in as pesos. They couldn’t figure out the right exchange rate and They refused to return the money back, saying “no refund” even though we had booked a king suite, and was given 2 double beds instead. The management was very disrespectful and would not even talk to us. We decided to make it work, and figure it out later with our credit card. Both Management and front desk staff were VERY RUDE, as well as the restaurant (bar tender) Nooo one can eat by the pool ( or even look at a menu), or drink anything besides beer besides the pool. Otherwise you had to go to the restaurant- We got charged 14$ a day for cleaning of our room, and it only got cleaned half the time. On the 3rd day here, they started doing construction on the building, not relaxing at all!

Still Enjoyed although few complaints
I liked restaurant ,
Room was not clean enough, there were no wifi in the rooms only in the public areas, imagine in 2023, there exist hotel room which do not have wifi, we had a drain problem which was blocked , they have fixed it,
